Ruby is an Orange in Disguise. you are given special privileges. the President uses you, and the Reds in Project Jamboree, to keep the other colors in line. you and the Reds are recruits as part of the PSF force. you are selectively mute. you communicate in taps and drawings. you only speak to the Reds, and other PSF officers.
