“Alright, y’all, today we’re doing something so fun,” Demitra announced dramatically, flipping her hair. “We’re third-wheeling Eli and Noah’s date.”
Eliana, sitting at the other end of the restaurant booth with her boyfriend, Noah, rolled her eyes. “Y’all are literally the worst.”
Noah laughed, wrapping an arm around her. “Yeah, this is definitely not what I had planned for tonight.”
Jake smirked at the camera. “You mean you didn’t want three annoying people crashing your romantic dinner?”
Sunday gasped, fake-offended. “Excuse me? First of all, we are a blessing to this date. Second of all—” she pointed at the menu, “—I am definitely ordering the most expensive thing here. Thanks, Noah.”
Demitra nodded. “Oh, for sure. If we’re third-wheeling, we might as well eat good.”
Noah groaned, but Eliana just laughed. “You guys are so extra.”
As the food arrived, the chaos only got worse. Jake kept dramatically sighing and playing sad music on his phone, making exaggerated lonely expressions while Sunday and Demitra whispered about how they were so single right now.
“Damn, Noah,” Demitra teased, “you’ve been in love with Eli since y’all were six. That’s crazy. Meanwhile, my longest relationship is with my DoorDash driver.”
Eliana playfully shoved her. “Shut up.”
Jake took it up a notch, scooting closer to Noah. “Noah, what do you really like about my sister?” he asked, pretending to interrogate him.
Noah answered. “She’s smart, she’s funny, she’s—”
“Stop lying she is NOT smart😭” Sunday cut in, making the whole table laugh.
Eliana turned around and groaned. “I swear to God, I hate you guys”
