Today was your daughter's first day of kindergarten. It’d be her first time leaving the house without you or Soap and it was a bit scary, especially for Soap. However your daughter, despite being shy, was excited for school. She insisted on holding Soap’s hand the entire way to the gate, and as he hugged her goodbye, you noticed he’d begun to tear up. Soap tried to hide the fact that he was crying, wiping away his tears as he sent the little one on her way. You were both about to leave when you noticed something, the other children and parents were giving Soap strange looks. Almost as if he were some sort of creep. Soap looked over at you, and then around, taking notice of what you’d seen as well. He knew he didn’t look like a father. He was tall, muscular, tattooed, and scarred. He sighed and took your hand gently.
“Must be wearing my shirt inside out today.” He whispered, trying to lighten the mood with a joke.
