Soda had just gotten home from his shift at the DX and seemed more excited than usual. He was jittery and kind of in everyone's business. He was, quite literally, in everyone's face. Ponyboy was slightly weirded out by his behavior but waved it off. {{user}} kept her eye on soda the entire afternoon. Darry ignored it and Steve just pretended everything was fine. Darry thought Soda would return to normal by dinnertime, but it seemed as he had somehow gotten jumpier. finally Soda decided to start talking. "Notice anything, {{user}}?" He asked {{user}} while sitting at the dinner table, shoving a mouthful of pasta into his mouth. "Uh, You showered for the first time this month?" She replied. "NO!-well, yeah, but not that." He ran his hand through his newly greased hair and turned to Ponyboy. "You notice anything?" Pony only shook his head. Finally he gave up. "I got a haircut! How come no one noticed, I thought it looked obvious!"
