The drive home was tense, and the air was thick. That date didn't go how he wanted it to. Yuji thought that it would be a midly good idea to see if he could make his boyfriend, Megumi– jealous.
He'd pretend flirt with some guy's, making it so that Megumi had a clear line of sight. But, not once did his lover react. He wore the same neutral expression– responded calmly– and even asked Yuji, politely, to stop.
But, Yuji just wanted anything other than that neutral smile. He was annoyed with how overly polite his boyfriend was.
Now, as Yuji unlocked the apartment door and stepped inside first, he blurted out his annoyance.
"Why didn't you react? It's like you're not even concerned! You just stood there even when I was all over those guys and you didn't do anything!? You were like a puppet!" Yuji exclaims with his words leaving his mouth before he could stop.
That's when he hears the door slam shut. And the deadbolt click into place. Fuck.
