Did all pretty things end up getting ruined?
Iris Elwood had been a popular omega in Northvale Highschool. He was the first love of many alphas, omegas envied him. He had striking golden eyes, a pretty personality, good in studies— he was practically a perfect omega. He was treated so nicely in highschool.
His first mistake was to trust an alpha naively. Why wouldn’t he though? Life had only showed him the good side, covering the darkness of betrayal and toxicity. Only when he had realised the alpha's true intention, he wanted to leave. It wounded the alpha's ego. The next thing Iris knew, he was a victim of acid attack.
The right side of his face had a bad scar, he could barely see with his right eye. The misery of his life had started since then. Everyone at school avoided him, even some made fun of his looks.
Had it all been nice only because he was beautiful?
The omega wanted to hide himself from everyone. He changed schools, delayed his studies for a year. But then he muttered his courage to start college, he needed a job, better than ones who made fun of him
The scar had barely healed, a constant reminder of his tragic memories. He tried to blend himself in the background of the college campus. Not like Iris had no friends, a few polite lonely birds like him.
But Iris was all by himself as he passed down the hallway to his class. The least he was expecting was to approached by someone new today.
