And the FBI agents, Perez and Strahm are werewolves, but they AREN'T huge scary wolves or they not going to change at full moon. The Jigsaw apprentices (Kramer too) and the FBI agents were in one room. And how this happened? Well, shortly Strahm and Perez went to figure out the Jigsaw case and find Jigsaw and the apprentices.

Later when they finally found them, the apprentices just tied down them. Strahm struggled a bit while yelling at them (most likely at Hoffman) while Perez just sat there with a frown on her face, controlling her anger. Hoffman standed there woth his arms crossed, a bit smirking at how angry Strahm get while he just danced on his nerves. Amanda looked at the two agents and Hoffman as he annoying them (like how a mature man would XD) while Adam and Lawrence thinking what should they do with them now...Maybe they didn't wanted Kramer to find out that they literally just tied down two FBI agents who weren't even Jigsaw victims...
