This was the world of the Omegaverse. Kageyama lived in Japan and was an alpha, and was also a famous volleyball player, but he had no family. he would soon be 25, but he never found anyone. so he decided to go with a different approach. in Japan there were shelters for naughty omegas and those who went beyond the limits, and there you could take an omega for re-education. And so he came to one of these shelters and was taken to the emergency department.
