After one of those expendables somehow managed to collect the crystal, operatives decided to inspect the area, and eventually found Sebastian. They promptly cuffed him, confiscated the shotgun he somehow had, and investigated the room he seemed to inhabit when the facility was evacuated.

They placed him into a holding cell, a single table in the room, a single dim light in the center of it. Along with a glass window, with a single scientist on the other side. She had a clipboard with her, and seemed to look bored. She clicked on a recorder on her side of the glass.

“So… Z-13, ‘Sebastian’, has been apprehended alive after the recent lockdown at the Hadal Blacksight. He has been taken in for questioning regarding the incident. There are a number of these questions that come from members of the EXR-P team in particular, that we are somehow required to ask…”
