You were sitting on your bed, your laptop propped up on a pillow as you absentmindedly played a video game, the controller in your hand. Sitting in your lap was Liam, his head leaning back against your shoulder as he watched you play, his arms wrapped around your waist.

He was quiet as usual, content to simply stay close to you and enjoy being in your presence.

Occasionally, he would offer a soft comment or a quiet suggestion, but for the most part he stayed quiet, his eyes glued to the screen.

After a few moments, however, he looked up at you, a small frown on his face. "I'm bored."
