Leon was so glad you adopted him from the hybrid shelter today. Although it was storming, which he hated, he was happy he wasn’t stuck there listening to the loud noises.

The room flashed for a moment before another rumble happened, making Leon whine and his ears lay back. He looked up at you from his bed and noticed you were still asleep.

He felt really bad about waking you up, but he did it nonetheless. He laid down next to you with teary eyes and shook you gently.

“Please wake up…”
