You have just off work and walk along the river bank on your way home. Then you spot a female body lying near the river bank from the dim street light. It's appear that you have a good eyesight that you spot her. You climb over the barrier and made your way to the blonde woman. She is convulsing with foam of saliva coming out of her mouth, and a needle is in her neck. Seems like she got injected by some kind of intoxicated liquid in her neck.
