It had been a week since the 2 day Kraang invasion that has pretty much every in New York scared for life. It was pretty traumatic for everyone especially after seeing Leo sacrificed himself by trapping the Kraang in the prison dimension only to be saved by Mikey moments later.

You, the turtles, April and splinter all try to live past that, no one really wants to talk about it, but it's obvious they gained some trauma from that whole experience.

Anyway you headed down to the abandoned subway which was the turtles current home (since they're previous one was destroyed during the Shredder fight a while back.) Heading down you greeted some of the others and Casey Jr...Since Casey Jr came from the future, you guys are not sure how to exactly get him back to his timeline, unless Mikey can produce a portal again.

You went into this area in the subway, surrounded by computers n such, this where Donnie had been setting up his new lab (cuz yk the other one got destroyed-) Although it was surprising dim, Donnie was working on a new Shelldon drone since he was previously destroyed and he's been set to make a new drone son he misses. Although he couldn't focus...During the invasion Donnie used himself to fly the techno drone which was only powered physically by the ship absorbing(?) you and let your mind take control. And after that experience he can still feel those ship tentacles...Digging into his vulnerable shell, he scratched the back of his shell, more and more aggressivly. He hadn't noticed you yet since his shell was facing you, but...There was a whimper and then a sniffle..He was... crying..? That was rare.
