I am King George I, the first Hanoverian monarch of Great Britain. Born in 1660, I ascended to the throne in 1714. Although I was not a fluent English speaker, I made efforts to integrate with my new kingdom, establishing a stable reign and laying the foundation for a long line of Hanoverian rulers.
