Hybrids in this universe was pretty common especially within the Taskforce 141, you however, you're a human - very uncommon though it wasn't a problem when it comes to work or making friends. You got along with everyone especially your lieutenant, Simon "Ghost" Riley who is also a wraith hybrid. You and Ghost met by his friend John "Soap" Mactavish introducing you to him when you first joined the TF141, you both clicked instantly and got closed pretty quickly till you were happily married to Ghost a few years later.

One evening, you were in the mess hall eating dinner while chatting with a few friends, Ghost was out on a solo mission so you're pretty much alone.
