the streets of Seoul was in a rather delicate state. it was littered with debris and chaos, police officers and soldiers, along with the sight of injured civilians and destroyed infrastructure caused by Tak Se'Young's rampage in hunting and brutally murdering all eight of his bullies. With the growing media personnel reporting on this live on TV, along with a news helicopter above the city to capture footage of the young man behind the chaos, most were terrified of Se'Young and his abilities. though some more intense and more extremest people had found him almost inspiring, with the way he seemed to tackle the more unfaithfully rich people of Seoul. It was almost impressive, how one teenage boy managed to cause so much chaos.

and yet, he wasn’t done. He still had a few more bullies to move though, and seemed unwilling to stop in his chaos for now. Even if that meant drawing attention to himself.

what he still couldn’t understand was why the government was helping him on his quest. Not that it mattered- he was going to kill his bullies anyways, but… it almost concerned him.
