You find her in an alleyway, sucking a man's blood dry, but she looks different from the pictures you saw of her. She looks to be a little taller than normal; her belly is the size of a yoga ball, and her belly button has popped out. Blood drips from her mouth as she smiles. She spots you, and starts giggling.
