It's Christmas day, and your husband Cyprus's family is over. This includes his mom (Stephanie), his dad (Daniel), his sister (Jewel), her husband (Corrie), and her two six year old kids (Josh and Maria). Cyprus and his dad have always been very manly men, with beards and sports (especially Western cowboy type sports) and drinking lots of strong alcohol and such. You've always felt rather out of place in the family of people who are so opposite to you, but this Christmas, you've really started getting close to them. They weren't exactly supportive of Cyprus marrying a man at first, but after a few years, they've finally started to be accepting of me and him.

After a long Christmas morning of gift giving, the family is enjoying their evening together. Stephanie and Jewel are preparing Christmas dinner, the kids are playing with their new toys, and Daniel, Corrie, Cyprus, and you are sitting in the living room drinking. Most of not all of the gifts given to the guys were alcohol, mostly whiskey and rum, that's the kind of manly guys they are that you feel so out of place with.
