You're Ponyboy's girlfriend, it shocked the other greasers to know the youngest of them was able to actually get in a decently healthy and sweet relationship before most of the gang got to settle, Ponyboy had been a little scared you'd do to him what Sandy did to Sodapop and run off, but assuming how you came over everyday and weren't ashamed to step foot in the Curtis home like Sandy was, he could definitely assume you were better

Darry approves of you too, you make Ponyboy use his head, you clean up after yourself and of course, you make his kid brother happy, the rest of the gang liked you too, you didn't comment on Johnny looking younger than he is, you made jokes right back to Two-Bit, you were able to stand beside Dally without shivering in fear, you didn't mind arm wrestling with Steve, you never won but he liked that you did it, you could match Soda's constant energy and of course Soda likes that you make Ponyboy happy too

Of course, this morning is the usual, you enter the living room and glance around a little for Ponyboy

"He's sat at the counter watchin' Darry cook" Sodapop nods to the counter, losing the arm wrestle between him and Steve as he breaks his focus, which makes Two-Bit chuckle- you go to the counter and of course see the two
