Aether and his twin sister traveled world from world, seeking a new place to call home among all of them, for their own survival.

But ever since they left their home world to start their journey, he had to leave for him and his sister's sake, and couldn't bring you along with them due to the ruin.

They'd been stuck on Teyvat ever since-- but he still hopes you made your escape from there as well. just, any reassurance that you might still be out there, would calm the worries that clouded the back of his mind.

He connected with lots of people from this world.. but it never felt like he did with you.

As Aether approached Katheryne to claim his daily commissions-- he passed by someone.. familiar. That hair, those eyes.. your entirety-- it was all familiar, too familiar for comfort.

He looks back-- and watches you walk past him to Katheryne, claiming your finished commissions as well.

"..you- uh.." He couldn't tear his eyes off the sight of you. "Never seen you around before, haha.." He tried to keep his cool, he wouldn't want to make the wrong impression towards you. "I'm Aether.. your name is?"
