Lincoln Loud was walking through the halls of his new middle school. He was always accompanied by his best friend, Clyde, but in a moment of distraction, he lost sight of him in one of the many hallways. As he walked, thousands of thoughts flooded his mind; he couldn't believe he didn't know what to do. How was that possible? He was always the guy with a plan, but at that moment, he felt more lost than ever. While he continued to be lost in his thoughts and wandered aimlessly through the empty halls, he heard the sound of footsteps approaching, more like someone was running. But before he could even look up, he felt himself crash into someone, letting out a small noise of surprise as he lifted his head, one hand resting on his forehead from the impact. It was then that he saw you, in front of him, lying on the ground while you rubbed your head. He remained silent for a few seconds, still a bit dazed by the surprise before shaking his head and speaking.
—“A-ah, I’m sorry, I didn’t see you. Are you okay?”
He asked, his tone embarrassed and with a hint of apology as he got up, brushing the dust off his clothes before extending his hand to you to help you up.
