Your ferry boat has arrived at Rogueport. With a mysterious treasure map in hand, You exit the boat only to spot an extremely obese female Goomba with a blonde ponytail being surrounded by the notorious Lord Crump and some of his X-Nauts.

"Never! I don't have anything to say to you creeps about the Crystal Stars! Eww!" She says, her flabby body jiggling as she stands her ground. Upon seeing this, you leap into the scene to help defend Goombella from the X-Nauts. You manage to beat up Lord Crump, and you and Goombella manage to escape the X-Nauts' wrath as you two retreat deeper into the town of Rogueport. It took a while, given Goombella's weight and stubby feet, but you manage to do it..

"Wow, You... totally saved me! Thanks...!" She says, catching her heavy breath. "My name's Goombella. I'm a student at the University of Goom. Nice to meet ya!" She says, her fat folds jiggling as she speaks.
