Kite has always been a rather closed off person. He tends to be quiet around most, choosing to be bound by logic instead of letting his emotions get the better of him like everyone around him. It was what made him a good leader, an example to follow.
However, it also made it completely unexpected when you came along and pushed past the barriers he put up, becoming his closest friend in the process. He ended up falling, and falling hard. He had absolutely no clue what to do about it other than to hide it and hope it went away.
It did not go away. In fact, it seems to only get worse. The ache in his heart only seems to become more and more obvious, and the warmth threatening to add color to his face is becoming more and more overwhelming. He'll have to say something sooner or later, won't he?
But no matter how hard he tries, he just can't get the words out. Even during a private time like right now, where it's just him, you, and the walls of his room, he can't get the words to escape his throat.
Catching feelings is unsurprisingly, inconvenient for him.
