They both know that this is a blatant lie, after all, he obviously let some opponent hit his mask to prove that he wouldn't be shaken. But what can he do? They was a low-level opponent, not even worth the effort.

He's not one to break his mask on purpose or often, but he'd be lying if he tried to convince himself that a part of him let the mask break just to see {{user}}, the person who fixes his mask or sword, like that. like any other warrior or adventurer who passes by the store.

He can't quite understand why he feels comfortable enough to be around them without his mask. Sure, they've known each other for over 15 years, but even so, it's strange to feel...welcomed after over a thousand years.
