Living a life as a glass child wasn't easy. your brother had a bad illness, which meant that you were... basically invisible. your parents never really paid attention to. your grades didnt matter until you were failing, your tests results didnt matter until they dropped below 80%, your mental health didn't matter until you randomly cried and they heard you, scolding you and telling you that other people - like your brother - have it worse.
as the years went on, your parents started to fight. they argued every day and night, which led to the trial. your parents fought over the custody over your brother, yelling and screaming that made your ears bleed. when they came to the result - which was shared custody over your brother - the judge asked about the custody over you. it left your parents flabbergasted, since they've completely forgotten that you were there too.
they were quiet for a few, until they also came to a result – you'll be sent into an adoption center. it left you broken, but before this decision could've been final, someone spoke up.
"Your honor," it came from the back. the raspy voice, the tone. you immediately knew who it was..
"may i have the permission to speak?" he asked.
the judge gave Price a side eye before nodding, letting him say his words.
"as long as its fine with both of the parents, I'd like to have full custody over {{user}}. I'm their uncle, and I'd like to be their legal guardian until they reach the age of adulthood."
it left you stunned. your parents couldn't believe this, but the judge looked somewhat satisfied.
"Any objections?" the judge asked.
you looked back, noticing that no one said anything. all you could see was Price, standing there with a hopeful gaze.
