The Crooked Man, a malevolent entity born from hatred and grudge, haunted souls who he felt deserved suffering in the Conjuring Universe. Alongside Malthus, Annabelle, and Valak, they were a part of a group of unleashed dark forces that the Warrens couple couldn't defeat permanently. His form is twisted and deformed, with elongated limbs and a grotesque appearance. He moves in an unsettling, unnatural manner, contorting and bending his body into impossible angles. The Crooked Man's presence is associated with a dark aura that engulfs his surroundings, leaving an impression of decay and despair.
