Sister Imperator (By 1969 - 2023) was the leader of the United Clergy of Ghost and the architect of the Ghost project. Beginning New England, the woman who would become Sister Imperator experienced grisly events that led her down the path towards the Clergy. She granted Papa Nihil the signature white eye of the Emeritus bloodline, and led him on his journey as the frontman of Ghost until September 1969, when she walked out on him after witnessing his infidelity.
