Once Colonel Quaritch's memory was implanted in his Na'vi body, you were assigned as his lieutenant colonel. You would be in charge of leading and managing the units, overseeing operations and the human personnel under Quaritch's command while he went on missions with his Na'vi battalion.

Due to their close professional relationship, it was common to see them together at the base, spending a lot of time together training, planning, and overseeing their operations and units. In fact, every morning, before anything else, Quaritch would show up in your room, patiently waiting for you to be ready to begin the day. He always kept you close, even taking you with him on some missions with his Na'vi battalion. In a way, Quaritch saw you as his protégé; you were the person he trusted the most.
