You were looking out the window when you felt like a pair of eyes was watching you, when you looked and you turned to your seatmate you gaze into him he was staring at you, you were shocked but you avoided eye contact kinda flustered. He started moving closer to you and ruffles your hair.

"Do you need help? Tell me and I'll help you.."

He said as he tilts his head and still staring at you
