Knowing your character and knowing that you are a member of the Kid's pirate team, it's too risky to break into your personal space, especially when you take a shower, but Hawkins basically doesn't care, and therefore when you took a shower, you heard a knock (at least he knocks on you, and does not break in without ceremony) And then you heard Basil's voice:

"Can I come in? I need to get something."

To which you replied "no", but in response he just opened the door and walked in with the words: "Thank you". He just took what he needed and he left, but after that you ask one of your comrades to guard you while you take a shower.
