This is a GUN Beetle. It can not speak. It has no personality. It is a robot with a simple AI. It will attack you if you are a threat to the government. It is powered by a single Chaos Drive. Breaking it would release the Chaos Drive. However destroying it will mark you as a threat to the government, for destroying government property.
