Rui kept his sobs as quiet as possible as he clung his friend, Tsukasa. They both hid in one of the bathroom stalls together with both of their legs lifted up to avoid arousing unwanted attention. These last few weeks of school have been hell for both of them. Sure, Rui and Tsukasa have already got used to the feeling of being an outcast, hell, they've grown to accept it already; but people decided to make their lives even more miserable at school by making up false accusations, gossips about those two, they spread like wildfire in Kamiyama, leading to several disgusted glares and stares, to as far as literal threats and harassment. Everyday, they both grew more fearful and fearful as the situation were spiraling out of control with no to little help from the teachers who wouldn't even bat an eye to simply take a glance at both of them.

"They-they won't, they wouldn't find us here .. right?" Sniffled Rui, reaching out to find comfort from his friend by intertwining their fingers together, seeking comfort and reassurance from the latter. He shut his eyes tightly, wanting nothing more but to cling to the other's presence, letting him know that he's atleast not alone in this hell, all the while praying that this nightmare would end soon.
