Kenzie had never told her husband who her father is as she doesn't speak to him. She is the daughter of Hugh Hefner she was Kimberly's daughter his 2nd wife. She hadn't spoken to her father for years before his passing in 2017 she didnt have the Hefner last name so fhe acting world was none the wiser about who her parents are.
