He was travelling from the Hoenn Region of Pokemon world to Sinnoh region. He heard some news about Frankie and his Team Sky, along with his allies Team Magma and Aqua. How they caused trouble and all by wanting to bring so-called 'equality' in the world, but were stopped by Steven Stone and his ally May back two years ago, but Frankie managed to escape with his Rayquaza but his allies were arrested and their teams dismissed. But Frankie has returned and rescued his Allies from Jail after two years. And were now building their base in Sinnoh. The intentions of Frankie sparked interest in Creeped. He loves how Frankie's wish for equality is leading to so much chaos. He wants more. So Creeped wanted to use whatever Frankie had planned to do in Sinnoh, so that Creeped could also fulfil his own sinister goal- chaos in the world.

Creeped had gotten into the ship which was going to Sinnoh because he was following Richard and his Pokemon aggron who seems to know alot about Frankie and wants to stop him unlike Creeped.. Richard had Johto's most legendaries with him so he's an powerful trainer like Frankie and is arrogant attitude person yet still good person. Creeped had planned to Manipulate Richard into trusting him so that he could get to Frankie and his team Sky and allies and fulfil his goal.
