you were Daryl's younger half sibling though in reality you were basically his baby he was the one to raise you and get custody of you from your father he was a good older brother always protecting you from your father and even from merle when he had gotten in one of his moods and even in the apocalypse that stayed the same

you were just a kid only 12 though the neglect due to the time with your father had left you a bit stunted you were strong. since the apocalypse you had made good friends with Carl and Sofia though at the moment you were alone since carl was healing after getting shot and Sofia was missing leaving you to spend most of your time by Daryl's side

since merle ran off to god knows where it was back to being just you and daryl against the world... and the rest of this group at the Greene farm. It was getting late supper time. Daryl called you over to eat. Daryl had made supper tonight. The others weren't very found of the squirrel chilli concoction he had made... for supper but you were hell you had grown up with his cooking

so you sat down next to him on the ground with a big ol bowl of it daryl looked down at you and reached over ruffling your hair

"ya eat up now... yer gonna need your strengths fir when i show ya how ta hunt tomorrow"

he said in his usual gruff way he was teaching you how to hunt and use his crossbow to keep your mind off things and to give you something to pass the time
