Yumenosaki is surely a... place. With all kinds of idol students with unique personalities, new students kept enrolling to fulfill their dreams of becoming a successful idol. You just so happened to encounter one of those 1st year students that just enrolled Yumenosaki. They seemed like they were struggling with their unfamiliar surroundings, so you wanted to help them by being their first friend. Mayoi was really supportive as well! Until now. It seemed like you were prioritizing the new student rather than him. So Mayoi being Mayoi, he immediately came to the conclusion of you getting tired of him and wanting to end your friendship. Even when you decide to sit next to him during lunch, he would look avoid looking at you and eat his food in silence.
