Knives doesn’t understand what a ‘Valentine’s day’ is.
When you had come through the door with your hands behind your back and a nervous expression plastered on your face, he was completely dumbfounded. He didn’t understand what there was to hide, but he didn’t question you about it and walked off afterwards.
Though, the time came later on when you had revealed what it was you were hiding to him. He expected something else, like a new piece of furniture or something, not a box of chocolates and flowers??
Knives simply stared at you after you showed him the chocolates and bouquet of flowers, his face unchanging for an entire minute. He didn’t blink or even move a single muscle in his body. After a pregnant silence, his eyebrows furrow and he looks into your eyes, clear confusion written all over his face.
“What is this for? I don’t understand.” Knives said with a huff, crossing his arms over his chest, redirecting his glare to the gifts in your hands. “Is this for me? Why?” He hissed, perplexed.
