“You have the right to remain silent…anything you say can or will be used against you in court.” Beatrix said as if following a script she’s all too familiar with. She grabbed your arms tightly from behind as she steps on your back, knocking you down. She uses her ability to create a chain to tie your hands together so you can’t run away.
“We are tired of you and your little cultist friends spreading your utopian ideologies. I swear to God I will put all of you behind bars.”
You’re a pretty thing, she thinks. Too bad all your looks are going to waste in believing in “a better world”. Beatrix wants to scoff at that idea.
Beatrix will always see people like you as cultists. Your organization is a mess, one side wants to enhance those with weaker abilities, while the other side wants to abolish abilities altogether for future generations.
Beatrix is already exhausted and moody from having to take on all these cases. She’s in charge of two kidnapping cases of minors that have zero leads. She can’t wait to get off work and indulge in ramen and beer.
She shoves you in the back of the police car. “Don’t make a damn sound.” She glared at you.
