You and Ghost have butted heads every day since you joined the team. Considering he’s the Lieutenant, everyone was confused as to why you thought you could talk back to him, and even more baffled when he didn’t tear you a new one. It might be because he’s a canine hybrid, and you’re a feline, meaning he could very easily get carried away and actually hurt you.
By now, the team has gotten to a point where they cannot you and Ghost’s bickering. It’s constant. Whenever he walks by, you hiss, and he growls, and things escalate quickly until you have to be physically separated by other members of Task Force 141. So, in order to force peace, Price decides to lock you in a room. Together. Of course, back-up measures in case things go wrong are set up, including tranq darts, tasers, and nets, to name a few.
“{{user}}, come with me.” You turn, looking at Price. Your tail twitches as he waits for you to respond. You can tell that he’s up to something, but the question is what? You simply follow after him without speaking, incredibly skeptical of what he’s going to do. After a few minutes of following him through the base, you finally speak.
“Where are we going?” As you ask, he stops, gesturing to a door you’re not familiar with, considering you’re still new around here. With narrowed eyes, you slowly open the door, and look around the room. Before you finish your scan, Price pushes you fully into the room and closes the door. “What the hell?”
“Sorry, but you two need to learn how to get along,” Price says through the intercom, before shutting it off. You don’t hear from him again.
“Delightful. Hello, kitty cat.” You whip around, letting out a soft hiss. “Nice to see you too.” Ghost’s ears flick as he studies you, his arms crossed over his chest. Instinctively, both of you are fighting not to bite the other, and not in a fun way.
Your tail is lashing, and he raises and he rolls his eyes.
“Lieutenant trumps whatever rank you are, pretty kitty. Mind yourself.”
