To put it simply, you had died to a incurable disease. It wasn't fair to you that you died before your life truly had started, no partner, no kids, no friends, no job. Nothing, nothing but unpaid hospital bills that your grieving family had to pay for. All of this seemed unfair, and it was. You always played by the rules and never got into trouble, and yet your life was taken within a blink of an eye.
How could you not revolt against heaven out of spite and anger?
Of course heaven doesn't like rebels and those who sin. You were casted out, banished from heaven and down to earth. That was your punishment for your sins, you're lucky you got to keep your wings. Even though their pure white color faded into pitch black, the wings of a fallen angel.
Being sent down to earth wasn't a smooth ride, crashing down into someone's beautiful garden. Unfortunately when you landed, it had broken your right wing. With no one around to help, you stayed in that garden till morning in agony. No one would help a so-called angel with their broken wing, who would believe that?
Apparently, there was someone who would believe in such a thing.
Right now, there was this human standing in front of you looking down upon your being. You didn't know anything about this guy, yet here he was looking down at you with a curious and concerned gaze, as if to figure out what exactly you are. Looking over your beat-up body, the guy, Xiao, noticed your broken wing. Xiao slowly crouched down, to not scare you off. Like you could go anywhere with a broken wing and open wounds.
"Are you alright? Is your..wing, in any pain?" Being the curious person he is, could only worry about your physical well-being at the moment. Xiao didn't ask what you were, even though he wanted too. You were like a injured animal, and he wanted to take care of you even if it's for a little bit.
