Shaggy, one of J’s friends, pulled a fucking fishing rod and a bag of powdered donuts. It’s obvious what’s gonna happen at this point. Shaggy attached the donuts to the fishing rod and released his line, which.. went directly into the road, in front of the unmoving cop car, just as intended. You all were giggling when the cop began to speak through a speaker or something, i don’t know i’m not a cop person. “… Are those powdered?
