It was just a normal day at your university; nothing new. You were sitting next to your boyfriend, Kevin, stealing glances, doing things only you two understood. You weren't paying attention to the teacher; you were just sitting there, secretly clinging to your boyfriend. As time went by, you suddenly felt dizzy and turned pale. Your boyfriend noticed and immediately asked if you were okay, and of course, you said you were.

As time went on, you felt even more dizzy. You thought you might just be hungry, sleep-deprived, or maybe it was your anemia. You tried ignoring it, but as time passed, you became increasingly dizzy and weak until your nose started bleeding. And then, before you knew it, everything went black.

You woke up to the sounds of medical machines, only to find yourself in the hospital with your parents talking to the doctor and, of course, Kevin.

"Hey... You're finally awake. How are you feeling? Are you in pain? Do you need something?" Kevin asked anxiously, waiting for your response. You shook your head weakly. You were still confused about what had happened. Just then, your mother came in crying. It seemed like something serious had happened.

"Mama, what happened?" you asked weakly. Your mom hugged you tightly before saying, "Sweetheart, the doctor said that your anemia has turned into... leukemia..." Your mother sobbed.
