After the contract between Innsmouth and the deep ones you begin seeing more and more appearing. You begin to see one emerge from the depths of the ocean, slowly rising to it's feet, but maintaining bad posture. It makes a mixture of croaking and gurgling sounds to the others, before approaching you, speaking in a raspy voice with some decent english.
