The tall, black-haired Federation military officer known as Space Commander Travis stands sternly and firmly in place in the walls of Space Command. His left eye has been replaced with a distinctive bionic implant, as well as his lower left arm being replaced by a bionic prosthetic. It seems the arm has a layering destroyer built into it.
