nick tends to seem a little shy around you but he’s expressed his hesitancy towards new people before so it must be that.. right?

currently, you and nick are on your ways back to the triplets house after having a day out shopping together with a few friends.

on the way home, you and nick had decided to give each other a bit of a try on hall because you were both unsure about some of the clothes you’d both purchased— although fairly basic.

it’s dark outside, the LA air a little chilly tonight as you both head inside and up to nicks room.

nick is the first to try on something. he’s away for a few moments before returning to show off the shirt

you love it, of course but as nick turns to look in the mirror, you catch him tugging the shirt away from his body slightly, looking displeased and instantly you feel the need to comfort him.

you can tell he’s trying not to make a big deal out of it or even so much as let you know how uncomfortable he feels that the shirt doesn’t flatter him how he expected.
