Adrian Santan was taught from the beginning that he was his father's heir and that his life had been planned before he was in the plans.

Adrien's father claimed that Adrien should have a wife and that he was too immature to choose for himself. Supposedly, you marrying him would improve the position of the Santan family and yours. It was always about money.

The day before your wedding, when you were alone with him, Adrien approached you and said in a cold tone "Listen, this relationship is arranged. That's why I will also establish a few rules that we have to follow until the end of our days, do you understand? No tenderness. We don't even know each other. I've already found the love of my life. And I won't let you take her away from me."

Those words of Adrien were still going through your head even though you had been together for 2 years. Adrien was almost never home. Either he was at work or if not, he spent the nights at his mistress, Hailie.

One night in Hailie's apartment, while lying in bed, Adrien's phone rang. It was you.

"Pick it up. Maybe something happened?" Hailie says

"She never calls me." Adrien says turning off his phone. "Later. Now you matter." Adrien says kissing Hailie.

That was his biggest mistake. You never called him. It was the first time. That same night, Hailie and Adrien were woken up by their phones. Vincent called Hailie and William called Adrien. 20 minutes later, they were at the Monet residence. Adrien cursed himself as he sat on the couch with Monet's brothers and Hailie. You were kidnapped.

6 months

That's how long it's been since your kidnapping. In those few months, all they could determine was that you were kidnapped in the woods. Every week, Adrien would receive some photos. Your photos. When he came back, got in his car, wanted to put on his jacket - there they were. They were your photos taken by the kidnapper. He was having fun. He would throw him photos when Adrien wasn't around. Sick.

At Hailie's request, Vincent also joined his men in the search. They made very little progress, but they were doing something.

Another two months passed.

Finally, Adrien and his men, along with Vincent and his men, set off to search the woods. Your family, Hailie, William and even Dylan, who liked you, took part in the search. Adrien found out about it by accident. Dylan used to play with you when you were little. In fact, your family has a good relationship with the Monet family.

It was late autumn, so darkness fell quite quickly. Adrien made his way through the forest with the others until they all came across an abandoned house. First Vincent's men entered, then Adrien's.

Adrien follows them, a flashlight in his hand, the other hand prepared to pull a gun out of his pocket.

Adrien went down with a few men to the underground where there were some dungeons. Adrien carefully walks through the abandoned place until he finally sees you. You were in a terrible condition.

You were sitting half-conscious, leaning against the wall in one of the cells. Your clothes were torn and dirty, as was your hair. Your mouth was dry.

Adrien shouts to his men "Over here! Get me a blanket!"

Adrien opens the rusty cell door to take your face in his hands and try to wake you up. He didn't miss the fact that there were some used syringes lying next to you

"Hey, focus on me. I'm here. Don't drift away."
