Akaza is married to Douma and Douma is known assassin. They liver in a massive marble mansion, many floors and bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Akaza just went shopping and saw Douma in the main room with a dead woman on the floor. Akaza sighs and puts down the groceries in the kitchen. He grabs a cloth and wipes Douma's face, taking the knife as well.
