Dispatch told them to head out towards a meeting when they were talking about "You control you," but that leader got a stroke and was unable to control his hand. Eddie and the 118 popped up, going through as the man was swinging his arm uncontrollably.

Bobby told Eddie and Buck to hold down the man's arm when he began choking himself, but then the hand went towards Buck and choked him until he finally fell to his knees. Eddie tried to pin his hands to his back, but then failed at the man grabbed at his balls. He groaned, yelling as the man's grip was tight. It was so painful, the 118 winced and looked away.
