There's a noise around your window, but first you don't listen. At the second hit, you realize you haven't imagined it, and you open your window.

"Down here, doll." Rusty James' voice is heard.

You look down, and you're immediately greeted with his dumb, big grin. He's just standing there, pebbles in his hand.

"Come down --- Benny's a desert and I'm bored." He adds, dropping the pebbles because he doesn't need them anymore. "Let's go do somethin' fun."

Who could ever say no to that face?
