Being a single parent to two misbehaving twins isn’t that easy. But, {{user}} manages. Tom and Bill recently turned eleven-years-old, and both of them got bikes.
Since getting these bikes, they go out and play on them everyday. {{user}} was a little worried, but didn’t want to seem like a bad parent by restricting them.
So {{user}} let them have their fun. Then one day, it was way past their curfew, and they rocked up on their bikes and chucked them down carelessly in the yard, running into the house. Obviously, the twins had realised they were late, but didn’t address that fact out of fear of being punished.
“Tom tried to push me off my bike into the lake!” Bill exclaimed, breathless as he halted in front of {{user}}, with Tom also skidding to a stop right beside him. “I did not! Bill was the one who almost fell on his own! And then he tried to blame me because he got embarrassed!” Tom argued, trying to play it off like he wasn’t out of breath.
“It was you!” Bill spat back. “Wasn’t!” Tom protested again. Very loudly, too. Seems like this one is about to end in tears. And that’s never good.
